Take a break from the usual routine and join us for a day of focused collaboration and problem-solving. The Billie GenAI Hackathon is an opportunity to explore how generative AI can enhance our workflows, increase efficiency, and drive meaningful improvements across our workstreams.

Whether you’re experienced with AI or just eager to learn, this hackathon is your chance to create practical solutions that can help shape the future of our work. The top 3 teams will receive exciting prizes, so bring your best ideas and let’s build smarter solutions—together!

Before the Hackathon:

• Ideas must be related to Fintech and use GenAI
  

• The idea that you will work on, alongside your crew members, should be submitted to this platform by the 12th of June.
  

• The teams should have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 people.

• You can start brainstorming, designing, and planning your project prior to the hackathon, but all coding and development must take place during the event

During the Hackathon:

• The Hackathon will take place in office.

• The groups must have a (~3 min) presentation of the project ready when the presentation round starts (4 pm) to be eligible for the prizes.
  

• We will have a jury judging the projects based on the criteria below

Judging Criteria for AI Hackathon

• Innovation & Creativity (20%) – Novelty, uniqueness, and originality of the idea.
• Business Impact (20%) – Alignment with company goals, potential benefits, and scalability.
• Technical Implementation (20%) – Code quality, model performance, and optimization.
• Feasibility & Deployment (15%) – Practicality, integration ease, and production readiness.
• User Experience & Presentation (15%) – Clarity, UI/UX, and effectiveness of the pitch.
• Ethics & Data Privacy (10%) – Bias mitigation, transparency, and security considerations.
